Here’s some helpful information we’ve picked up along the way to help as you begin your dance journey!

What should I wear?

Wear some comfortable shoes and clothes you can move around in without feeling restricted. If you do not have dance shoes, we suggest wearing a shoe that has a thin, smooth sole and will keep your foot secure. You are welcome to wear heels if you are so inclined, but keep in mind the shoe should fit securely and hug your foot.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, shoes you can move in, and yourself! No partner or other equipment necessary!

What will my first lesson cover?

Your instructor will create a structured lesson based on your dance goals. You’ll start dancing right away to learn the basics of the dances you’re interested in so that you can get on the floor as soon as possible!

What if I don’t have a partner?

That’s totally fine! Most people don’t! You don’t need to bring a plus one to start dancing! Just bring yourself and get ready to have some fun!

What is the difference between group classes and private lessons?

Group classes are a great way to get started dancing with other people, but private lessons are much more personalized and tailored to your goals and dance journey.

What if I want to dance a specific style?

That’s totally fine! A lot of people do! You can check out out calendar to see if we offer a group class that appeals to you in either location! And if not, than we promise we have some instructors who are experienced in teaching what you’re interested in.

You Have Two Locations?

We have a Littleton and North Denver location! Our Littleton location has been operating since 2001 but in 2022 we were very excited to expand our reach with a second location in North Denver. Both locations have skilled instructors who offer all styles of ballroom dance. You can pick which location is right for you or give us a call and we’ll talk you through which location would work for your dance goals.
